Warm-Up: 10 minutes, cardio of choice
Workout: circuit style, one exercise right into the next, rest at the end then repeat, focus on the quality of motion and “keeping your mind on the muscle in motion”, don’t be afraid to go heavy, you WILL NOT get bulky, muscle IS tone – same same, proper nutrition is where you will lose the body fat the most effectively
CIRCUIT:
Single Arm Dumbbell Squat & Press x12 reps each arm
Alternating Dumbbell Curls x12 reps each arm
Dumbbell Alternating Plank Rows x12 reps each arm
Bench/Haybale Dips x12 reps
Dumbbell or Bodyweight Squats x12 reps
Russian Twist x12 Reid each side
Rest 90 Seconds/Repeat 3 Rounds
