I was a bartender for 20 years at busy high-end craft cocktail restaurants and bars. I was also a photographer, shooting weddings and loving everyone I was involved in! I was looking for a way to combine my love of everything bartending with my love of weddings, and started Divine Spirits Bartending. Not long after I purchased a vintage horse trailer and within 4 months she was converted into the Unbridled Bar. Now two years later my second trailer is on the road.
I grew up riding horses and had an instant connection with the idea of having a horse trailer bar. We found one trailer in Florida and the second one in Alabama
The Unbridled bar is a 1988 WW two-horse trailer. I do not provide alcohol, but I do provide all fresh-squeezed juices, handmade simple syrups, and seasonal menu planning. Craft cocktails and southern hospitality are our main focus.
