A mutual friend said we HAD to dance with each other at the Wrangler (a local bar) – so we did. That moment changed our lives forever. We danced, enjoyed the night but he was a perfect gentleman. We had our first official date the next day changing his Dad’s oil in his car and then we went to a local Park. We hung out there and watched the stars together. It was perfect. We dated for a while but I left for Australia in 2010 (an exchange program through my college) and we broke up while I was there. We tried to reconnect a few years after I got back but the timing wasn’t quite right. We recently connected and have been inseparable since. He asked me to marry me 2 months after we started talking again (he said I was THE ONE and he’s known that for the past 11 years (and of course I said yes)
