You know the only time it would call for rain in Queens Creek, Arizona is when Maya and I plan to travel all the way south to meet the most darling Braden & Cassie to celebrate their engagement with a fabulous desert shoot. Luckily for us, it doesn’t rain in AZ even when the forecast calls for it, so the entirety of this spring storm was perfectly 75-degree weather nestled right in between those long scorching days.

We did not hesitate to take advantage of this blessing and spent the afternoon shooting all the locations of this Queens Creek Ranch and finished the evening at the iconic San Tan Flat Steakhouse. Laughter, kindness, and a tremendous love for each other made this experience a dream come true and one we would gladly do all over again. From the snowy mountains of Wyoming, these two Jackson Hole natives know how to do Arizona!
