Our story:

We have a 6 year age difference so we knew who each other were but didn’t know each other personally. We tried talking a few times while I was in college but the timing was always off. I was home one spring and my hair stylist, his cousin was dead set on us going out so she told me that I needed to make a move. He liked a status I had posted so I decided to message him in reference to that post. We messaged back and forth for a couple days and I decided I’d invite myself into his life. we talked, went on a few dates and hung out each weekend I’d come in from Nacogdoches. He took forever to kiss me so I was starting to get nervous if he even liked me or not.  we ended up making things official in April of 2019 and we’ve been together ever since! We both support each other’s passions, his duck hunting, mine barrel-racing. We prioritize the lord and spending time with family and friends.He’s the calm to my storm and I like to keep him on his toes. We’ve spent the last half a year working on our house and land and look forward to raising a family together. Our wedding was more than we ever could have imagined and we can’t thank the people who helped make it happen enough. We hope and pray every one can find a love as kind and special as ours.
