THE LOVE STORY
Neither of them know the exact moment they met, they just always feel like they remember the other from their younger days at the fairgrounds showing livestock. 

Around March of 2016, Jessie found the courage to ask Derek for his number.

They still remember their first phone call to this day. And well…the rest is history. They went on their first date and that eventually led to more dates, house visits, vacations, moving across the country and more! One of their biggest accomplishments is surviving long distance when Jessie went to school in Texas while Derek worked back at home in Indiana. And now look, here they are, 6 years later getting married!

The two have a livestock brand registered through the state of Indiana and plan on eventually having a cow-calf operation and a few horses. They both have a strong foundation in the Lord, and want to spread the Gospel to others by showing others love and compassion. They both are very passionate about what they do and are each other’s best cheerleaders! They balance each other out as well as any couple can. He keeps her wild, while she keeps him calm. They got to start young, but they have been through more than most couples have had to go through. Derek and Jessie have never been more ready for a day in their life, than their wedding day.
