THE LOVE STORY

“Our small-town love story starts in high school. I had noticed Taft before but never really reached out to him. My friend started dating his friend, and things just fell into place… Taft added me on Snapchat after some not-so-subtle hints from my friend, and we clicked immediately. In good ole’ cowboy fashion, he didn’t want to “hang out”, so he asked me on a date. We spent the date stopping for a Coke (it’s not a real small-town date if you don’t) and then went to the edge of town and hit golf balls off a cliff. We talked and laughed and it was the most natural easy date. I was so comfortable around him. Since that day, we’ve been inseparable. He asked me to marry him just months later, and we officially sealed the deal surrounded by our closest loved ones in an intimate ceremony in July. We enjoy spending long days out at the ranch, we believe in working hard together, and plan to raise cows & babies side by side in the future.” – Emily
