Love story:

July 24, 2017. Incahoots SD country bar. I was already 3 double jack & cokes in when I turned around and saw his mustache! I thought to myself you’re  drunk and moving to Texas in a month just go talk to him. Well I ended up buying everyone a Vegas bomb and well let just say the rest was history. We didn’t have each other at hello, we had each other at Vegas bombs. Our second date will always be my favorite, seeing Jon Wolfe at the troubadour in LA, it’s now our tradition to go see him whenever he is in town! My last night out in Cali we spent the night singing our hearts our to CoJo! The first month of me being in Texas he wasn’t sure who or what he wanted so we took a little break, I then came out for my birthday in October & he spent the whole weekend with me. We spent 1.5yr of our relationship long distance but may 2019, he made the trip and moved to Texas to be with me and we got our first place together. Straight from long distance to living together. I know! but our relationship is something neither of us have ever had. Mutual respect, love, care, & communication! 2020 we got our second fur baby Dolly (who is actually the granddaughter of the red Merle Aussie zoey!)  4 years later he finally popped the question in our home state the day before my birthday. October 24, 2021! In those 4 years we have had many adventures, from traveling, rodeos, concerts, NFRS, and our worst nightmare, getting in a bad accident at work (work truck got hit and he was flown 25ft to the shoulder). Walked away with two staples to the head. His guardian angel was working double time that day. We are thankful he is still here with us and was able to propose! Of course we had to have our fur babies in our photos, just wouldn’t be the same without them. Our big day is 12.9.2022. We can’t wait to celebrate with our family & friends who have been waiting for this day as long as we have! We both thought we would be married by now but God knew we weren’t with the right people & had our paths cross. Dont try to force a relationship if it’s not working, be patient & trust in Gods plan. And don’t be afraid to make the first move as a woman, you never know what may happen

Ring: designed by me, made from a necklace my grandmother gave me. I no longer have any grandparents so it’s nice to have one of them with me at all times
