Cooper & I got engaged in Stillwater, OK at a family member’s house. We were going to Stillwater from Texas for homecoming. Cooper was very worried about if I was going to be ready to go out by the time he picked me up in Denton. We hit lots of traffic from Denton to Stillwater, making for a very long trip. I thought Cooper and our friends riding with us were exhausted from not getting enough sleep, but it turns out that all of them were afraid of spilling the beans! When we got to our destination, it was just his mom and sister in the living room, and Coop had walked outside. Once I walked outside, I was overwhelmed by the surprise of our friends and family and the number of flashlights on me. I walked towards Cooper, and he popped the question! I ducked underneath his cowboy hat and kissed him. My grandma has always said to find the man wearing the black cowboy hat, and that’s exactly what I did!

Our Engagement Session
Cooper and I decided to take engagement pictures with Baleigh because we love her style, and she is the kindest person. We took pictures on my birthday at the KB Carter Ranch in Oakwood, TX. Cooper made me fajitas, and then we danced the night away with Baleigh. We had so much fun, we were both so relaxed while taking our pictures! When Coop & I received our pictures, we were FaceTiming, and we could not wipe the smiles off our faces! I will always recommend Baleigh to anyone and everyone that asks for a photographer.
