I’m Megan Higgins, the lucky fiance to Joseph Vargas. We got engaged last summer while we were visiting my family in South Dakota. Joseph proposed to me on a dirt road my mom grew up on, that holds a special place in my heart. We are getting married in the Oklahoma heat on August 13, 2022. I cannot wait to be Mrs. Vargas!
