Bodie and I met in 2016 at a Super Bowl party, and ironically met through a mutual friend and our talented photographer/best friend Bailey! Ever since that day, the rest was history. We bonded over our love for the outdoors (he did take me horn hunting as our first date 6 miles through mud and slush, we still laugh about this day!) and started dating later that month. 

Bodie proposed in August of 2017 (and I was completely oblivious to the whole thing) at his grandparent’s 50th wedding anniversary party, with his entire family there and Casey Donahew’s “Give you a Ring” playing in the background, it‘s one of my favorite memories. October 20th, 2018 we finally got to say “I Do!” and had the BIGGEST after party and got to celebrate with all of our family and friends (best day EVER). We have now been married for 3 years, and live a fun life with our 3 dogs traveling around in our fifth wheel for Bodie’s job as a lineman apprentice.

Bodie is my rock, and always keeps me laughing, I couldn’t imagine doing this life with anyone else!
