Dustin and I met when I was in high school and he was in college at Blinn. We both knew of each other but never actually talked or hung out before. He came over to the house a couple of times with my brother and then we soon started talking. I like to put it as, I stole one of my brother’s friends, haha! Fast forward to almost 7 years later when we decided to buy some land and build a house together.
One year later, in October of 2020, Casey proposed back in Branson where we had our first date. Our closest friends were hiding to celebrate with us. We both work in public schools, so we are waiting until the end of the school year to get married and start this new journey together.
We have been best friends since college. Cole, my fiance is not the most romantic fella and always has complained about cheesy holidays. He surprised the heck out of me when he proposed on Valentine’s Day! We were in the tractor taking a big bale to the bulls, he stopped and I got out to open the gate; it was frozen to the ground! When I turned around he was on his knee with a ring!
Long story short, Mom was right and I’m so glad that Jesse gave me a chance too!!! We kept in touch after the dinner date and fell in love roping, hunting, dancing and laughing together. Jesse popped the question in December 2020. We are looking forward to celebrating our wedding with family and friends in November.”
“We’ve been together almost 3 years now and from day one we’ve been inseparable. We wouldn’t have life any other way! We both have a passion for animals of all sizes and we are both crazy dedicated to our work. I can’t say we have any crazy romantic hobbies or anything, just everyday life on the ranch with our fur babies is all we love. Good music, a good porch and good company is what we love!”
