We met back in 2015 on our very first day attending Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX.I was a freshman and Michael was a Junior who just transferred from Ranger College. We started off as just friends, getting to know each other through college rodeos and both majoring in Animal Science. Fast forward one year later, as we were beginning our second year at Tarleton. Something sparked more conversation between us, and from there the rest is history.

We loved that Lany and Cody wore more formal outfits for both of their outfits! It’s become the norm to include casual outfits in your engagement outfits, which is always a great idea!

Tyler and I met in college at a “party” in 2010. There was three people there and he showed up with a handle of vodka and a gallon of orange juice for his drink. Needless to say I thought he was a weirdo but we became Facebook friends somehow. Three years later we met up at a wedding reception, I was pretty sure he wouldn’t remember who I was, but shockingly he did. At this point both 5th year seniors at the University of Nebraska Lincoln we spent our first six months of dating and the same last six months of our undergraduate time in Lincoln.

Our love story is one of those “it was always you” stories. We met when I was eight and he was ten at a goat show. I had a crush on him from the first time we met. He, on the other hand, took a little more convincing…

We met at a mutual friend’s house, started talking the next day and have been inseparable ever since. Started officially dating on November 2, 2015! Although we didn’t have a traditional proposal, the reactions from our families that night was far more rewarding! We had the most memorable day on February 6th, 2021 surrounded by our dearest friends and family

Daniel started out a dream for me and he continues exceed those
expectations every single day. I love his love for God and for me. We
have so much love between us and I couldn’t imagine a better life.

After months of working together we finally went on our first date to get margs and mexican food- and the rest is history!

We’ve been busy planning our wedding ever since and when it came time to take our engagement pictures, we went back to where it all started. My Aunt and Uncle’s ranch and of course and Trish.
I thank God everyday for bringing Lane into my life. I don’t think I could’ve found anyone better to spend the rest of my life with and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us!

I did know from early on, and even have it in my calendar, that she was the one. I have heard many times when you know you know. However, I didn’t fully understand the saying until I knew at such an early time in the relationship. Pretty sure some in the family thought we were pregnant and that’s why we are getting married, but that is not the case. I truly believe that when you pray for something for long enough and your prayers are answered you know it.” -{Alex}
