Brandon and Chandler’s wedding day was the day after the anniversary of his mother’s passing, which they knew would be very emotional. As a surprise the mother of the bride bought a celtic knot locket, to honor his Scottish heritage. Chandler, the bride, put a photo of his mother inside and had it attached to his boutteniere so that his mother would be close to his heart on their big day. Let me tell you, the bride and the groom weren’t the only ones in tears during this moment.

Especially since rules and regulations change by the minute right now. Despite morning lightning storms, a pandemic, and more, their wedding went off without a hitch!
Michael and I back in 2018 in Las Cruces, NM, the town I was attending college in. I was a bartender at Hooters and he soon became a regular. We had the same group of friends, always found us hanging out and going out together, but I was never really interested. Fast forward to May of 2019, I finally decided to give him a chance, I mean the man didn’t give up for a year.
We’ve been receiving quite a few questions about whether their groom or groomsmen should wear their cowboy hats during the ceremony. The answer is – there is no right or wrong answer. I wanted to share something from my personal wedding day that stood out and reminded me of these questions/comments we’ve been receiving.
